2018 Be The One
Be The One who Ends the Silence, Ends the Stigma and Answers the Call
Our first Giving Challenge in 2016 helped us raise $35,000 with nearly 200 donors! The additional funds have allowed us to expand our programs and continue to support people with mental illness and their families throughout Sarasota County. This year, NAMI Sarasota County is introducing Ending the Silence in our schools, teaching middle and high schools students about the signs and symptoms of mental illness, and how they can get help for themselves or a friend.
Now, you can #BeTheOne who Ends the Silence, Ends the Stigma and Answers the Call by supporting NAMI Sarasota County during the 2018 Giving Challenge presented by The Community Foundation of Sarasota County.
- Join us May 1 & 2 from noon to noon;
- Visit the site for online giving at www.givingpartnerchallenge.org
- Search for NAMI Sarasota County or National Alliance on Mental Illness Sarasota County;
